- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the CEO behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing services to welcome guest
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Facilitates cross-divisional coordination and ensures the work is completed within the timeline
