This is a mid-level Talent Acquisition position and for this opportunity based in the UAE, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Professional to support one of our dedicated Lines of Business to continue its growth trajectory by delivering recruiting best practice. With the support of our experienced and collaborative Talent Acquisition team in the Middle East region you will support the Talent Acquisitions Lead for all recruitment related matters, working proactively and cooperatively with HR colleagues, Hiring Managers, and business leaders to identify and attract talent to the organisation. Candidate perception will also drive much of what you do, to ensure a positive recruiting experience to both successful and unsuccessful applicants.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
To be successful in this role you will ideally be degree qualified (although not essential) and will already have proven experience of successfully delivering recruitment solutions either within an agency environment or corporate inhouse. You would have covered technical, consultancy or construction related hiring. You will already be able to demonstrate a strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, whilst very conversant with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
