Your Impact:

Our Strategic Consulting team in the Middle East continue to lead the market in technical and transactional advisory services and as we continue to advance service offerings to our clients, we are seeking a Transaction Advisory Director to serve in a client facing capacity with a combination of deep functional expertise and the ability to provide high level transaction advice.

Your responsibility will be to develop and cultivate growth from both existing and new clients, leading and managing pursuit strategies for Jacob’s service offerings, developing proposals and lead in presentations. You will direct and lead key regional projects in the public-private partnerships (PPP or P3) market and assist in best practices and driving growth in this market. This includes the development, structuring and delivery of Transaction Advisory projects that draw on commercial and noncommercial financing across all sectors.

You will be supported by Jacobs’ global practice network of Subject Matter Professionals as well as the passionate and dedicated local team of talented professionals within the Middle East Region, working on time-sensitive projects such as: strategy development, due diligence, risk appraisal, project monitoring, demand, revenue and CapEx/OpEx modeling, performance modeling, business case and economic appraisals for both buy side and sell side transactions.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Qualifications:

As a successful candidate, you will be degree qualified in a planning, engineering, architecture, business administration (MBA), finance, or related field. You will have prior experience in leading the development and use of capital project business models including demand and revenue, feasibility studies, performance, business case economic appraisal, construction and operating maintenance costs.

Knowledge of Public, Private Partnerships projects (implementing guidelines assessing/evaluating the commercial aspects) is essential and experience of related projects on an international level will be required. Experience of working with the Saudi National Centre of Privatization will be a distinct advantage.

As an individual you will possess excellent analytical, quantitative, qualitative, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills and will be to produce high quality technical reports. Your experience and passion will be critical for developing talent in the team.

You will possess experience in one or more related sectors (water, rail, aviation, ports and waterways, highways and toll roads, social infrastructure, healthcare)

Experience of working within the Middle East region is a must.
