Finance & Administration Manager (Female)

The Company
· UAE-based company that specializes in engine and governor repair and overhauling with a team of 30 l Service Engineers who are trained by various engine manufacturers.
Duties includes (but not limited to):
· This role reports to the Managing Director.
· Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
· Corporate document maintenance.
· Projecting cost calculations (Costing for projects).
· Receiving and storing invoices.
· Manage accounting transactions in accordance with accounting policy.
· Managing and providing back-office services such as payables, collection, and payroll and HR functions.
· Liaising with Admins and Business Support team regarding day-to-day operations.
· Discussing and analysing targets with the Managing Director.
· Monitoring cash flow.
· Providing insights on the financial health of the organization.
· Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations – i.e. External Audit, Government Authority, Banks, etc.
· Developing relationships with external contacts such as Bank Account Manager, Auditors, etc.
· Looking for cost-reduction opportunities.
· Provide day to day ad hoc requirement of the Managing Director.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting.
· Over 10 years’ experience.
· Adept in MS Office Tools.
· Strong Communication & interpersonal skills.
· Personal Integrity.
· Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
· Ability to follow-up on outstanding issues.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
· Ability to manage time & work under pressure.
· Readiness to persevere with difficult tasks.
· Ability to be assertive without being aggressive.
· Able to focus and drive tasks to completion.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED15,000.00 per month
