Role Overview: As an IT Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure adherence to corporate IT standards and architectures.Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze technical requirements.Ensure that solutions comply with the client’s technical standards and governance.Conduct thorough technical reviews of enterprise solutions.Establish integration standards and engineer application integration across the organization.Define, document, and implement technical and architectural requirements for integration.Architect, design, and develop software integration between applications utilizing TIBCO Active Matrix Service Bus.Continuously assess and enhance the integration architecture.Stay updated on the latest technology trends, standards, and practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field from a globally recognized university.A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years dedicated to similar roles in solutions architecture within distributed environments.Proficient in enterprise application solutions.Strong skills in web technologies and web services standards.Experience in modeling and designing using standard annotations such as UML.Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to conduct research and consistently seek out new technologies.Detail-oriented with experience in building software applications.Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities.Additional Skills:Leadership abilities, including team motivation and decision-making skills.Effective multitasking, planning, and time management skills.Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong report writing and group facilitation skills.Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.In-depth knowledge of international electro-mechanical programs, standards, and project management.
