Techcarrot (leading IT Services provider in UAE), Dubai is seeking a results-driven Sales Professional (Hunters as well as Farmers) to join our sales team in Dubai.

Common Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our range of IT services and solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to meet client specifications and address their challenges.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify potential opportunities for growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services and expand our network.
Responsibilities – Farmers
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing a deep understanding of their business goals, challenges, and requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with them, ensuring the successful delivery of our IT solutions and services
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including C-level executives, department heads, and project managers.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and technical support, to ensure alignment with client needs and expectations.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and insights on how our IT solutions can address their business needs and drive value.
Lead the development and execution of account plans, outlining strategies for client engagement, growth, and retention.
Drive the sales process for upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the sales team to identify and pursue additional revenue streams.
Proactively identify risks and issues impacting client satisfaction or project delivery, and work with internal teams to address them in a timely manner.
Monitor key performance metrics, such as client satisfaction scores, project timelines, and financial targets, and take proactive measures to ensure success.
Prepare and deliver regular business reviews and status updates to clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Responsibilities – Hunters
Proactively identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, tracking progress and managing opportunities through the sales cycle.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and discovery meetings with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and IT requirements.
Articulate the value proposition of our IT services and solutions, effectively differentiating us from competitors.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to the needs and priorities of each prospect.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, technical experts, and leadership, to develop customized solutions and pricing strategies.
Negotiate contract terms and close deals with prospective clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for business development.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our market presence.
Requirements
Who is the Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a minimum of 5 years in account management, client services, or sales.
Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within existing client accounts.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions for clients and the company.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Preferable experience in Telecom/ Banking / Insurance / Retail / Automotive / Freezones & Government sectors
Passionate about technology and innovation.
Sales experience in the UAE market is essential and Holding a valid driving license.
Must have UAE driving License and should have own mode of transport.
