**Job Overview**We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for administering LAN/WAN/Internet networks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations.Main Responsibilities:Administer LAN/WAN/Internet networks and troubleshoot issues.Provide IT input for factory/office projects, ensuring that IT infrastructure meets business requirements.Assist end-users by troubleshooting IT systems and software, and managing caretaker tickets.Work with IT vendors on the installation and troubleshooting of systems, devices, and components to support daily business operations.Oversee and resolve incidents, events, and service requests in line with service level agreements (SLAs).Ensure maintenance contracts and licenses are up-to-date and compliant through regular reviews.Maintain existing application systems, workflows, and databases by following business requirements and proposing efficient solutions.Conduct training on Digital IT tools to ensure they are used effectively and become a source of competitive advantage.Implement local/regional enhancement projects in line with global and regional strategies by developing or integrating new solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.2-3 years of IT experience, particularly in infrastructure, networking, and application support.Experience interacting with end-users on-site; this is not a help desk role.Familiarity with Cisco switches, routers, and other networking equipment.Demonstrated experience implementing new technologies.Proficiency in English is required.Advanced skills in MS-Office, Power BI, and experience in creating apps are preferred.Certification in CISCO / Microsoft Power Apps or equivalent is a plus.Ability to work independently and adapt to various on-site environments.
