We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our tech company. As an Agile Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing and delivering technology projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
Agile Project Management:
-Lead and facilitate Agile project management processes, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
-Collaborate with development teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
-Create and maintain project backlogs, user stories, and sprint plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
-Coach and guide the team on Agile practices, promoting self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
-Facilitate Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
-Lead a cross-functional Agile team, providing clear direction, support, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
-Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, encouraging open communication, trust, and accountability.
-Remove any impediments or barriers that may hinder the team’s progress and ensure timely issue resolution.
Stakeholder Management:
-Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements, priorities, and expectations.
-Facilitate effective communication between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
-Provide regular project updates, including progress, risks, and dependencies, to stakeholders and management.
-Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their feedback is incorporated into project planning and decision-making.
