Irwin & Dow Hiring for Property Administrator at Dubai Full Time

Our client has a mature and established global property portfolio which is continuing to develop.
These properties are both personal residences for the CEO and for investment purposes.

Due to the continued development of this DIFC investment business, the client is seeking a Property Administrator for the first time and as such requires those with 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.

There are several large-scale properties in Europe, the UK and the Middle East that require an organized and professional individual to monitor refurbishments, maintenance, sub contractors and other outsourced services, utility bill payments, exceptionally high standards of housekeeping and complete oversight before the CEO and /or tenants arrive.

You will also market the vacant properties and act as the first point of contact for any tenants.

This will include new contracts and renewals, jurisdiction compliance, rental and purchase payments and assurance that any processes and requirements for all involved is as stress free as possible.

This role takes an experienced and diligent individual as the portfolio is valued in the 100 million USD range and therefore takes a great deal of attention to detail and forward planning.

You will communicate with all involved and provide budget reports and regular updates to both the Managing Director and the CEO, both based in the office headquarters within the DIFC.RequirementsTo be considered, applicants must have at least 3 years of exposure in a property management role within a global portfolio.

Exceptional administrative, organisational and communication skills and flawless attention to detail in every aspect is essential.
