The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to assist the Marketing Manager with marketing activities and provide full administrative support. Event organisation will also play a large part in the role, including liaising with both internal and external stakeholders as well as local suppliers, ranging from venues, gift registries, catering, etc. The Marketing Assistant will monitor the budgets, process invoices and assist in all aspects of the events, which can range from small seminars to large corporate and trade events. The full scope of Marketing activity will need to be supported and this also includes social media content and placement. Hence, English to completely fluent / native standard is required in this role due to the large amounts of written content required.

Requirements
The role requires a highly creative individual who has a strong background and experience in preparing and delivering superior presentations, documents and reports using MS Word and MS PowerPoint. This will include the use of images, colors, adding animations, graphics and transitions. As well as PowerPoint, candidates should be able to demonstrate working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including tools, such as Canva and MS Publisher.
