The Role
A sophisticated food and beverage brand with locations across the GCC and further plans to enter the UK Market, is now seeking a HR Manager to develop the company’s reputation as an excellent employer within the industry. It is expected that this role will develop into a HR Director position for the successful candidate in a short space of time. Therefore, this is an excellent position for an experienced HR Manager ready for their next step into a Senior Leadership Team with extensive growth plans. With a headcount of approximately 90 employees and plans to double this by 2023, there are already HR policies and procedures in place, along with two HR Administrators whom you will manage on a day to day basis. However, it is expected that the new incumbent will perform a complete HR audit to identify further efficiencies and adopt a more modern approach. Succession and workforce planning, recruitment and employee engagement are a key focus for this role and you will be exceptionally involved in all areas of the F&B business from a HR standpoint. This may include regular on site visits to establish the team’s skill set and identify areas for their future development and career growth.

Requirements
This role is for those who are able to be both hands on and strategic at all times, bringing high levels of emotional intelligence, motivation and new best practices into this very busy and customer centric workplace. It requires those with a broad Senior HR Generalist skill set and the vision to develop the HR function into a supportive and collaborative part of the Senior Leadership Team of the future. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and a strong communicator, ideally from the food and beverage or start up industries. You will hold a CIPD qualification and be ready for a step into a Directorship position within the next 2 years. With the capability to develop a HR function and implement innovative ways of working and engaging the workforce, it is expected that the most suitable HR Manager will have at least 5 years’ experience within a senior role and a steady HR career to date, showing clear progression. Those who are immediately available are also particularly advantageous for this fantastic new position.
