Irwin & Dow Hiring for Finance Associate Job at Dubai Full Time

• Candidates must be able to travel internationally to Europe & USA with no visa issues.* Can be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Our client is a boutique, strategic advisory firm, with a presence in UAE, UK, USA, and offshore USA territories. They work with select clients, across a wide spectrum; UHNW family offices and sovereign wealth funds, additionally with non-profit advocacy and research institutions as well global investment groups. The role of Finance Associate will support the growing team, providing high quality financial and operational assistance across the UAE, USA and associated US territories. Responsibilities encompass bookkeeping, monthly expense reports, inter company transfers and managing the relationship with the external accounting firm. Ideally the candidate will also have experience and be able to provide support around compliance and international licensing, interacting with the international accounting team.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a team player, who will also get involved with office management and general administrative tasks, high energy and with superb attention to detail. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, and it is essential that candidates possess extensive experience in Quickbooks. Additionally, candidates will be expected to have considerable experience in creating high quality expense reports. Excellent English is a must but our client would also find Arabic language skills an advantage. This role can be based out of either Dubai or Abu Dhabi and will require travel to the UK and USA. Hence is imperative that candidates have the appropriate passport / visa that can facilitate this.
