- Administration & maintenance of Cisco Voice Systems, Voice Gateways , video conferencing systems and assuring high level of service availability.
- Managing voice service incidents efficiently and assuring high system uptime.
- IT infrastructure , hardware support, software.
- Managing Cisco voice platform, video conferencing systems
