Intertech Company Hiring for Public Relations Specialist at Dubai Full Time

We’re looking for a public relations specialist who will create and maintain a positive public image for the individuals, groups, or organizations they represent to shape public perception of their clients and to increase awareness of each client’s work and goals.
Tasks and Duties:
– Actively identify new customers, and grow affluent customers portfolio.
– Visits potential clients for liabilities / Assets products and prepared presentations for potential clients to present Intertech.
– Handles queries via phone, email, and general correspondence.
– Ensures the implementation of all registration requirements of our vendor lists.
– Owns and manages customer queries and complaints by taking ownership and resolving them on time.
– Ensures handling and covering of all customers’ requests/ inquiries to deliver services excellency.
– Maintains sales performance statistics for management information usage in a simple bookkeeping way.
– Builds the business, deepening relationships and effectively executing the sales process.
– Maintain a superior customer service experience including pre-empting issues and proactive servicing.
– Ensures delivery of customer promise and practices brand values, continue to maintain and improve the quality of service offered.
– Enhances existing customer relationship and their needs to be reflected in each customer’s plan.
– Follows up and reports weekly to the GM.
– up to date with the industry trends and manages any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
• BSc/BA in Public Relations or a related field.
• Established relationships with media organizations and journalists.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).

Needed skills:
• Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role
• Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast, and print)
• Background in researching, writing, and editing publications
• Proficient in MS Office and social media
• Familiarity with project management is a plus
• Strong communication ability (oral and written)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
