Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, is looking for a service oriented Assistant F&B Manager to join their extraordinary team Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The newly opened Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park includes 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.
As our new Assistant F&B Manager you could be leading the charge to ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience – whether they’ve worked up an appetite for a full conference banquet or are just joining us for their favorite hot beverage.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals
● Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
● Managing food and beverage service standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices
● Working closely with the Head Chef and finance team to set, monitor and refine budgets and drive revenue
● Multi-tasking to oversee F&B service operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, including banquet facilities – as well as a number of supervisors

What We need from you:

● Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, or related field
● 2+ years’ related experience, including management experience
● Excellent English communication skills, with additional languages preferred
● leadership skills
● attention to detail and drive for results
