• Defining, developing, monitoring, and enabling the overall strategic direction and ambition
• Regularly review corporate strategy and propose adjustments if required
  
• Oversee the implementation of key strategic initiatives, track progress with KPIs, and report development to the board
• Develop and maintain the corporate strategy
• Manage corporate performance
  
• Provide a pool of highly skilled and cross-functional resources to support leadership, BUs, and stakeholders as needed or mandated, with business analysis
• Develop and review strategy framework
• Excellent knowledge of strategy development and strategic business planning
  
• Very strong interpersonal skills enabling the establishment of lasting internal and external relationships
  
• Capability to understand business, IT, and human aspects of an organization is essential
  
• Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively convey ideas and lead teams

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in strategy development and project management roles
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar qualification
  
• Master’s degree is preferred Skills and Competencies
• Good Communication skills
