Key Responsibilities

• Systems administration
• Broking and Finance system maintenance and administration, IT operations automation (coding)
• Equipment installation, inventory, and cabling
• Systems monitoring
• IT security maintenance
• End-user support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in network appliances such as firewall and network switches, Windows Server 2012, Microsoft SQL 2016, Exchange Server 2013 is required
• Experience with Windows 10 or higher
• Familiar with Office 365
• Minimum 2+ years of experience writing code using modern programming/scripting languages like Java, SQL, and ASP.net
• Knowledge of IP Phones controllers such as Avaya and Mitel
• Experience in IT security and policies
• Excellent analytical skills and a creative approach to problem-solving
• Knowledge of current technological developments/trends
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of responsibilities/stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and provide end-user support
• Certification in Microsoft IT Professional (MCITP) and ITIL is a must
• Knowledge in Insurance, Broking, and Finance is an advantage
