You will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, administration, payroll, training, employee relations, and HR operations processes.Responsibilities:Recruitment Support:Assist in job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.Maintain recruitment records and databases.Administrative Support:Provide administrative assistance in HR tasks, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.Payroll Assistance:Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets, updating employee records, and addressing payroll inquiries.Training Coordination:Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other employee development activities.Employee Relations Support:Serve as a point of contact for general HR inquiries and provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.Onboarding and Offboarding Assistance:Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing materials and coordinating orientation sessions.Assist in offboarding procedures, including exit formalities and HR record updates.Medical Professionals Licensing:Assist in Department of Health licensing formalities for medical professionals.Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.● Previous experience in HR administrative roles is preferred, healthcare industry experience would be beneficial.● Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.● Proficiency in HR Information Systems (Microsoft D365) is a plus.● Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.● Enthusiastic and eager to learn.● Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.We offer competitive compensation and benefits, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
