The Commercial Administrative Executive will be responsible to provide dedicated support to the Chief Commercial Officer. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the business development efforts by efficiently managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and assisting in the implementation of strategic initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the Chief Commercial Officer’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take accurate minutes, ensuring follow-up on action items.Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.Draft and edit emails, reports, presentations, and other communication materials.Maintain confidentiality and organize sensitive business development data and documents.Provide administrative support for business development projects, ensuring timelines are met and objectives are achieved.Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to evaluate the success of business development activities.Facilitate communication within the business development team, ensuring everyone is informed about project updates, deadlines, and key milestones. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a business development or corporate environment.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.Detail-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach.
