Perform routine Admin work of paying utility and other billsJob Description:• Preparing monthly and annual accounts• Preparation of corporate documents such as minutes of meeting , board resolutions etc• Maintain property rental and management accounts• Liaising with auditors• File federal and VAT tax quarterly and yearly returns• Reconcile bank accounts, prepare and submit KYC reporting to banks• Manage folders and files of company documents on the google drive• Work with property maintenance companies • Preparing and posting journals in quick books• Logging daily entries in accordance with accounting policy• Prepare yearly tax returns • Routine office admin duties Qalifications, and experience:Should have a degree-level education in a finance subject (accounting, mathematics etc.) and an accounting qualification or part-qualification in ACA, CIMA or ACCA. Fund and investment accounting experience will be considered a plusSkills and experience:• 3-5 years accounting experience in quick book, tally or peach tree• Proficient in MS Office,Excellent MS Excel, world, outlook, spread sheet• Fully proficient in quick book accounting software, and able to operate multi currency and multi location inventory set• Professional communication skills in Englisgh
