Inspire Selection Hiring for Recruitment Resourcer Job at Dubai Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and organised Resourcer to join our highly experienced, busy finance recruitment team at Inspire Selection. Ideally with a background in Recruitment/Talent Management sourcing FINANCE / ACCOUNTING candidates, you will be proactive and able to work independently.

We offer full flexibility to work from home, but this is a full-time job requiring dedication all year round.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract and shortlist top calibre candidates for the recruitment process against a client brief
• Searching/sourcing for finance candidates via direct advertising, job boards, social media and referrals
• Screen candidate applications and carry out preliminary telephone interview regarding
  qualifications, availability, salary expectations, and experience.
• Provide general admin support
• Update candidate database
• Write, place, and monitor job advertisements
• Conduct reference checks for candidates prior to selection.

Requirements

• Previous work experience as a resourcer would be preferred, but experience working in a finance dept would be sufficient as long as the passion for recruitment (and being a people person) exists
• Ability to think outside the box and be resourceful
• Have an inquisitive nature
• Well organised with outstanding attention to detail
• Good IT skills including MS Office & CRM’s, social media savvy with a knowledge of LinkedIn and the various job boards
• Excellent interpersonal skills, an extrovert; confident to approach and engage at the most senior levels of an organisation;
• Excellent communication skills, both speaking and written;
• Ability to prioritise;
• Flexible and adaptable;
