Role Description We are seeking a proactive and versatile individual to join our team as a Business Operations Coordinator. This role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities spanning HR, finance, and marketing functions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Responsibilities: Human Resources (HR) Duties:Assist in recruitment efforts, including job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and events.Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Finance Duties:Manage expenses and reimbursements, including tracking and reporting on expenditures.Collaborate with finance team members to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with financial policies. Marketing Activities:Support the execution of marketing plans and campaigns, including social media management, coordinating content creation, and digital marketing activities.Coordinate marketing events and promotions, including logistics, materials preparation, and post-event follow-up.Assist in analyzing marketing metrics and providing insights to optimize marketing strategies.OtherAd hoc Business Operations activities. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Previous experience in HR, finance, and/or marketing roles is preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS, financial management, and marketing tools/software.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.A strong command of English is a must, Arabic and other languages are a plus.Experience in data analytics or technology industry would be a plus.Spouse/father visa is a plus.
