We are seeking a creative and experienced Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, exceptional writing and editing skills, and the ability to create engaging and relevant content across various platforms.

Role & responsibility

Developing INOI content plans & themes

Finding & coordinating freelancers for content production projects

Coordinating copywriting

 Managing content production

  – product videos (3D animation)

– feature videos (3D animation)

– lifestyle photo & video

– how-to videos

– advertising videos

– digital banners

– digital rich product content

– Candidate must have the experience of coordinating marketing content production, including photo/video, creative design assets (not only copywriting).
-Expertise in managing production projects and remote teams is essential.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Proven experience (often 3+ years) in content creation, marketing, and management.

Experience in leading remote content teams and managing projects to successful completion.

Ability to create compelling and brand-aligned content across various platforms.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for generating content and liaising with team members.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing managers.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.

Experience in managing budgets effectively, ensuring the best use of resources.
