RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Capture requirements from the stakeholders and document these in a clear manner using best practice.
• The candidate should be able to write use cases or user stories.
• Work with business partners to elicit requirements and capture business needs; understand the customer journey and define user requirements.
• Liaise with technical teams to articulate the business requirements.
• Develop and maintain guidelines for solution requirements to ensure quality is maintained and standardized for all customer solutions.

• Propose improvement requirements to ensure the solution is user friendly and intuitive for the intended users. This should include incorporating market trending features and functionalities as part of the requirements.
• Understand the project requirement of the client.
• Perform requirement gathering by focusing on features and modules of the project.
• Provide guidance and consultation to the client, to design a better solution for the customer.
• Preparing Business Requirement Document, Project Workflow, Functional Requirement Document, Business Proposals by communicating with the Sales Representative.
• Prepare the work breakdown structure for the project and providing an estimation for the project.
• Preparing diagrams like Flowchart Diagrams, Usecase Diagrams, as per the necessity and the project demands.
• Hands on experience in preparing Wireframes using Balasmiq or Adobe XD is a plus.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Business Analysis experience preferably in a Mobile App Development company
• Experience in drafting detailed FRD and BRD documents
