Job Description

We are currently looking to bring on a talented and conscientious MuleSoft Platform Architect to work in our MuleSoft Centre for Enablement.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensure the integration solutions quality by applying standard development methods and tools during the full development lifecycle (project preparation, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support)
• Advise technical teams on design, development, performance, scalability, reliability, monitoring, and other operational concerns of integration solutions
• Optimize the platform deployment and operations working with infrastructure, support, security, and other teams
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and triage production bugs working with teams across the platform for timely resolution of issues
• Assist in improving the support process and enable monitoring capabilities. Create alerts to proactively monitor platform and integration applications. Monitor the production platform for usage, capacity and environmental issues (workers, CPU, Memory, etc.,.) and proactively fix any potential issues
• Create API analytics/reports, performance dashboards

• 8+ years of experience in architecture, design and implementation of MuleSoft integrations
• Should have MCD and MCPA/MCIA Certified
• Excellent understanding and experience with MuleSoft Anypoint platform, API Design, Deployment architectures, Design patterns
• Extensive experience with successful implementations of highly scalable and highly available systems
• Should have very good hands-on expertise and willing to support on end-to-end development activities
• Excellent understanding and experience with networking, VPC, VPN, Load balancers
• Excellent understanding and experience with security concepts such as identity management, authentication, authorization
• Experience delivering solutions in Agile way
• Experience with DevOps/CI/CD
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with AWS Platform and services as SNS, SQS, S3, DynamoDB
• Knowledge and experience in technologies such as SalesForce.com, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce b2b headless commerce
