Info Arab Media (IAM) Hiring for QA Analyst- Digital Job at Dubai Full Time

Info Arab Media FZ-LLC / Al Mashhad is seeking a Digital Quality Assurance Analyst to join our existing Digital Team in the Headquarter located in Dubai, UAE. The QA Analyst’s primary responsibility is to test the digital products, support, manage account pages, apps and mobile. The incumbent is responsible for the final step in the development of our website, mobile apps and TV apps, or any software product before and after it is released to the public.

Key Accountabilities

The selected candidate is expected to perform the following tasks:

• Design and implement testing plans for digital products.
• Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services.
• Review design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the digital products.
• Identify appropriate parameters, functions, and data to test and validate; parameters may include general function, validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct testing to ensure digital products perform according to user requirements and within established guidelines.
• Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors, while identifying and recommending solutions, improvements, and updates.
• Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team.
• Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress.
• Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations.
• Spot areas for improvement to enhance the products’ efficiency.
• Research the current market for similar products and compare results.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related field.
• 3 years of experience as QA analyst, preferable in media field and/or video solution.
• Experience in Website, Mobile apps, and TV apps.
• Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing
• Extensive knowledge of software and database testing including designing and manipulating test data, validating stored jobs, and error replication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to create test plans and cases from specifications or verbal communications.
