- We are one of the leading furniture Manufacturer in UAE, urgently in need of Carpentry/Joinery Production Manager with 10+ years of manager position experience in UAE or Dubai.
- Project Supervision Supervise all production activities from inception to delivery, plan schedules and ensures timely completion, controls and implements cost effective procedures. Organize production flow effectively and efficiently and maximize company’s use of assets towards project completion. People Supervision Direct large workforce through hands on approach and controls all employees related functions in the factory and sites. Excellent communication skills and the ability to face clients providing a technical solution. Documentation Prepare production status reports to senior management. Keep records of workers’ time and materials used for each projects, including final drawing and other technical specifications. Create a documentation of each Job Order in system and in hard files. Ensures that company requirements and Quality records are maintained and implemented at all times.
- Candidate must have an extensive practical and technical knowledge of projects and production to be able to effectively manage all related activities from start to delivery, focusing on quality and meeting project the deadline. Candidate should also have leadership and managerial skills to control all employees’ related issues and has to work on a company system to ensure effective and efficient procedures.
