Key Resonsibility:

• Software administration, management, maintenance and reporting

• Day to day operational tasks for marketing campaign management

• Database (MySQL) management

• Datamining, analysis and custom reports generation based on requirements • Payment gateways handling

• Requirement gathering, analysis and process mapping

• Onboard New users • Conduct training sessions

• Work with cross-functional team

• Identify and evaluate solutions

Required Experience:

• System Administration

• Customer/User Support

• Computer languages (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Working knowledge of SQL Databases

• Analysis / Reports making capabilities

• Business Processes mapping and reengineering

• Working knowledge of hardware and software

• Good Understanding of ERP, CRM, HRMS and POS

• Working experience of MS office Suite
