We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent Office Boy to perform various tasks around our office. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities:

– Cleaning and maintaining the office premises, including the pantry and washrooms.
– Ensuring that all office furniture and equipment is clean and in good working condition.
– Assisting with photocopying, scanning, and printing of doents.
– Running errands for the office, including purchasing office supplies and delivering doents.
– Distributing doents within the office and occasionally to external locations.
– Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
– Proven work experience as an Office Boy or similar role.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
– Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.
– Proficient in the use of office equipment, including printers, copiers, and scanners.
