Requirements
Role: Project Manager
Requirements:
- Project Manager role for at least 5 year
- 10+ Years of overall IT experience and minimum of 5 years in Banking IT experience is mandatory.
- Cross functional communicator and proven ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams
- Proven stakeholder’s management in banking and awareness of critical support BU in banking role for scope management
- Experience in business case and financial model development
- Experience in managing different testing activities
- Ability to deliver high quality deliverables that meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets.
- Proven Agile experience in project delivery approach
- Develops robust program and project plans; manages the delivery of quality deliverables and report on expenditure, activities, timelines, impacts and implications to Stakeholders
- Solid experience in Risk management to identifies, implements, and monitors controls to mitigate key risks across change projects

- Solid experience in reporting and presentation skills
- Proven Customer service and satisfaction experience
- Solid experience in Project governance and control
- Experience in building project schedule plans using MS Project, JIRA, EPM
- Experience in Digital Transformation projects/programs
- Procurement management experience in dealing with vendors and managing Tender and RFP
- PMP or equivalent CSM, PSM or equivalent
- Fluent in English in both writing and speaking
