We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Tour Guider to join our team and lead our visitors on informative and engaging tours of our facilities. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of our organization and its mission, excellent communication skills, and a friendly and approachable demeanor.Responsibilities Welcome visitors and provide them with a brief introduction to the organization and its history Conduct tours of our facilities, providing information and insights about our programs and services Answer questions and address any concerns or inquiries from visitors Ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors during the tour Keep accurate records of tour schedules and visitor feedback Continuously research and update information about the organization and its offerings Collaborate with the marketing team to promote tours and attract visitorsQualifications Proven experience as a Tour Guide or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledgeable about our organization and its programs Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus) Strong time-management and organizational skills Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
