As a Documentation Executive, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organization by maintaining accurate and organized documentation for all client projects. You will work closely with our team of consultants and project managers to ensure that all documentation meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.Key Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations. Develop and maintain document templates and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects. Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, stored, and accessible to the appropriate team members. Collaborate with project managers and consultants to gather, review, and organize information for documentation. Proofread and edit documents for accuracy, grammar, and formatting. Ensure all documents adhere to company and industry standards and regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate the collection of necessary information for documentation.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in a documentation-focused role, preferably in the financial sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work systematically. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards. Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
