We are currently looking for a highly motivated and organized Courier Dispatcher to join our team in helping us achieve our mission.Responsibilities Receive and process incoming courier requests from clients Monitor and track courier vehicles to ensure timely and efficient pick-up and delivery Maintain accurate records of all shipments and update clients on the status of their deliveries Communicate with couriers and address any issues or delays in delivery Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner Maintain a clean and organized workspaceRequirements Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, or related field Knowledge of courier industry and geographical areas Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in computer software and applications Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Valid driver’s license
