Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, a preopening hotel, is looking for a meticulous HR Administrator to join their extraordinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park will include 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

Your day to day

As an HR Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases.

What we need from you

Ideal candidate should have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for: • Previous Administrative experience, preferably within hospitality • Solid organizational skills and eye for details • Ability to work well with a diverse team • Must speak English language • Pre-Opening experience is an advantage
