Your day to day

As a Housekeeping Supervisor for the public areas, you will support the housekeeping management team in directing and maintaining the Housekeeping Department, including planning organisation and supervision of cleanliness & maintenance throughout the hotel and ensuring the highest standard of service whilst achieving budgetary requirements.

What we need from you

Ideally, you’ll have some or all the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:

• Four years’ housekeeping/laundry experience preferably in a hotel of similar size, including supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma / secondary education / equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in shifts/schedules.
• Must be fluent in the English language and other languages preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera.
