Your day to day
• Greet and welcome all guests. • Ensure all guests in the Health Club are able to use all equipment safely and effectively. • Ensure all guests are made aware of the different Health Club facilities offered. • Assist in membership sales. • Assist in maintaining a safe hygienic environment. • Assist in membership lifestyle program development and gym induction. • Comply with and submit daily and monthly revenue analyses to the Front Office Manager • Supervise the day-to-day functioning of all health club employees, facilities, sales, and costs. • Develop a departmental budget and goals and ensure cost is strictly controlled. • Develop and implement departmental marketing and promotional plans. • Ensure optimum service, treatments, guest satisfaction, merchandise, and marketing. • Supervise and assist the training coordinator in the training of health club staff. • Perform administrative duties such as attendance records, duty rosters, sales records, and membership records.
What we need from you
• You should have a minimum 2 years of similar or relative experience in a 5 star hotel. • Excellent English communication skills and well-versed in hotel systems. • Flexible in working rotating shifts. • Team player who can supervise a small team. • Physically fit and in good health. • Caring, positive attitude to guests. • A genuine interest in helping clients overcome their physical problems. • Extensive knowledge and experience of physical training. • High school diploma/Diploma/degree in a related field.
