Your day to day
We have an exciting opportunity for you as Health Club Assistant to join our enthusiastic at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina. As a Health Club Assistant, you are responsible to provide safe and efficient day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Fitness Center, which includes guest service and equipment maintenance. The role involves promoting Hotel facilities and will include key responsibilities such as: • Ensure that guests follow rules and regulations regarding safety, security and procedure • Plan and implement programs of activities in the Fitness Center, including competitions and social activities to generate extra revenue • Ensure Fitness Center equipment is safe and maintained at all times • To assist in the general promotion of the club and its facilities, by being aware of all sales opportunities within the hotel at all times and be fully conversant with all other hotel facilities • To provide an efficient, courteous, and informative service to club members and guests • Complies with all company policies relating to the hotel and recreation center in particular • Keep gym equipment clean. Responsible for operating the gym area as an independent unit
What we need from you
The ideal candidate must have 1 to 2 years of progressive work-related experience in the same role. Qualified to lead individuals and a group of people through a structured fitness training session. Also, must be a team player, have strong interpersonal skills, and work well independently as well as part of a team, flexible attitude, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
