Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, a preopening hotel, is looking for a talented Executive Assistant to General Manager to join their extraordinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential areas of Dubai. Minutes away to mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’ leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park will include 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

Your day to day

The candidate will be required to assist the Hotel’s General Manager in day to day work including communication with clients, establish and maintain files and records, and coordinate weekly calendars and contact information for the team meeting schedule

The responsibilities of this role will be to provide full secretarial support to General Manager and be a liaison between the team and the General Manager, ensuring communication of information between parties is seamless and efficient. Furthermore, responsibilities will also include maintain diary of meetings and business appointments, and handle travel arrangement and processes expense claims whenever needed.

What we need from you

The ideal candidate should have previous reception, office coordination, office management, office assistant experience. Furthermore, the candidate should be well versed with Secretarial work and responsibilities, organised, discrete, trustworthy and able to handle business information with confidence.

Proficiency in computer programs like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. and working experience in hotel software like Opera, Protel, Fidelio etc. is an added advantage.
