Your day to day

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in sales & marketing activities.
  • Comply with all regional reporting requirements.
  • Determine and implement the right business mix as per the market trend in different seasons.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure all client needs and requests are met.
  • Set and monitor annual commercial goals.
  • Continuously review product and branding to ensure we are selling creatively and offering a more innovative edge over our competitors.

What we need from you

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience leading and managing a sales and marketing team at a head of department level (in Dubai).
  • A strong and proven track record of Sales & Marketing experience is a must.
  • Experience creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns and strategies to drive brand awareness and guest loyalty.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in creating and implementing sales plans that drive occupancy, increase ADR, food and beverage and meetings revenue.
  • Experience developing the team and improving their performance through coaching and feedback.
  • Ability to set performance goals and develop personal development plans for the team.
  • Experience developing and maintaining great working relationships with key clients.
  • Exposure to leading and creating brand awareness and building hotel reputation in previous roles.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to step up in their career and oversee all commercial activities within the hotel. You’ll report directly to the General Manager and supervise the Revenue, PR, Sales and Marketing teams and you’ll play a big role in supporting the overall success of the hotel.
