Your day to day
We have an exciting opportunity for you as Concierge Agent to join our enthusiastic pre-opening team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina. As a Concierge Agent you are responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our Guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience. The role involves promoting of Hotel facilities and will include key responsibilities such as: •Receive Guests in a professional and friendly manner, satisfying Guest expectations from arrival through to departure •Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery •Maintain a good working relationship with all Front Office Colleagues and ensure Guests are greeted upon arrival and offered assistance at all times •Maintain an up to date knowledge of the Hotel services and communicate this to subordinates so they can supply information and respond to Guest queries •Ensuring that the Guest luggage is carried from arrival point to room and from room to departure point upon checkout •Handle all messages, mail and packages for Guests, ensuring they are delivered at the appropriate time and stored if necessary in a systematic and efficient way
What we need from you
The ideal candidate must 3 to 5 years of progressive work-related experience in the same role in a 5* city hotel in Dubai and has strong capabilities in handling multiple tasks & organizing, detail-oriented and, with ability to work under pressure of deadlines and ever-shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations. Also must be a team player, have strong interpersonal skills, and work well independently as well as part of a team, flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
