The InterContinental Hotels Group® properties in Dubai Festival City consist of four hotel brands. Your day to day

Under the Art direction and guidance of the Director of Marketing & Digital and Communication, you will design printed and electronic communication produced for internal and external costumers. You will be a creative Graphic designer to complement the team in creation of unique designing concepts by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate guests. You will develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports. You will be responsible to execute the new and revamp the existing concepts besides other jobs assigned to make sure we stand out in the market and within our competitors within the timeframe of the requirement. You will develop effective communication visuals and designs in line with IHG brand standard guidelines.

What we need from you

Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:

• Preferred candidates will have minimum 2 years’ solid hotel background experience and/or Sales & Marketing environment.
• Ultimately, you will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be a self-starter, have a pro-active approach and you will be able to demonstrate understanding of the business and link the business environment to IHG commitments
• Have a high level of drive for results
• Will be adaptable and flexible with the ability to build relationships in a multi-cultural environment and gain trust and support of team members and senior managers.
• You will have exceptional planning, organizing and administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to
