Reporting to: CEO
We are the leading fitness and Wellness Company in the UAE looking for an efficient and trustworthy Accountant cum Admin and Human Resource Admin to help us run our office on a daily basis.
You will support the CEO and the management team in all duties related to Accountant, admin and HR. This position requires excellent communication, organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Duties include:
Accountant:
· Manage daily accounting transactions.
· Raise quotation for Teambuilding, Kids Birthday Party, Corporate Wellness and others.
· Keeping receipts and other necessary documents for data entry and audits.
· Prepares monthly invoices.
· Ensure timely payments of accounts payables and close monitor accounts receivables.
· Monitor all cost movement and report to management
· Coordinate with the operations coordinator for petty cash requirements and ensure liquidation
· Liquidation of visa and other expenses
· Prepares final settlement of staff who resigned.
· Assist in preparing budget and forecasts.
· Reinforce financial data confidentiality
· Providing support to the Finance Manager, Auditors and to third party accountant
Admin and HR:
· On-boarding of new staff, maintaining and updating all internal records of current staff and off-boarding as required.
· Coordinate with PRO for visa processes and other related activities.
· Making sure necessary renewals are up to date.
· Updates and ensure completeness of company documents.
· Correspondence and tracking of staff whereabouts, holiday and sickness on a daily / monthly basis.
· Screening phone calls/emails and routing to the appropriate department while maintaining a polite and professional communication.
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
· Monitor stationery/pantry stocks and place orders with when necessary
· Overseeing general office operation.
· Maintains office services by organising office operations and procedures, controlling, updating and designing filing systems.
· Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
· Being the go-to person for admin information.
· Sending out company-wide informative emails of any announcements (policy changes/Public holiday etc.)
· Organise company event calendar and the execution of these events. Annual parties, monthly get together, client engagements etc.
· Ensure that the offices look their best at all times, do checks to ensure that meeting rooms and communal spaces are fit for use.
· Co-ordinate all courier and post in and out of the office.
Requirements:
· Knowledge of Accounting and Human Resource Management
· Personable. Approachable. Energetic.
· Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English
· Able to work under pressure whilst staying calm and composed
· Able to prioritize many tasks at the same time
· Keep great attention to details
· Proactive
· Team player; able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues.
· Ability to work to timelines and deadlines.
Experience:
· Minimum 2 of years Accounts, admin and HR experience, ideally within a start-up environment
· Bachelors or college degree preferred
· Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Salary: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
