Job Summary
Responsible for implementing sourcing strategies. Utilizing the maximum utilization of the available tools to ensure timely and cost effective quality hiring .
Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment for Specialised roles in owner’s villa as well as for the group.
- Manage the complete recruitment process and life cycle , including sourcing candidates, conducting initial assessment interview co-ordination and offers .
- Vacancy Creation through I- Rec.
- Ensure timely and cost effective fulfillment of all open requisitions with quality talent.
- Coordinating the documentation for joining with the candidate and corporate Admin team /IFFCO Main.
- Coordinating the mobilization and on – boarding process of the new joinee.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with recruitment agencies.
KPIs
- Recruitment Lead time (JM/JM -30 days, HD/MM – 60 days, MD/DD – 90 days).
- Cost Saving Techniques for Recruitment (AM/JM recruitment through Job Portals, Campus Hiring, Internal Promotions). Quality : New Hires –Performance Rating (first year to be atleast A/B)
- Attrition of new joinee within one year of joining.
