• Managing with finance for AC related works
• Managing the petty cash
• Calculate and post receipts to appropriate general ledger accounts and verify details of transactions, such as funds received and total account balances
• Bookkeep and account management
• Audit ledgers to ensure they contain correct information, such as billing addresses and invoice numbers
• Preparing all kind of finance reports
• VAT return
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
• Statement of account for all clients
• Payable following up
• Recording information as needed

Requirements:

1) Bachelor’s degree in finance and related major.
2) Preferable with ACCA, CMA, AICPA certificates
3) Professional in MS office
4) 5years experience to managing finance in UAE or GCC
5) Strong ability in English writing and help with word processing when necessary.
6) Warm personality with strong communication skills.
7) Ability to work well under limited supervision and high stress
8) Philippines female is preferred
