You are the first point of contact for the customer and provide explanations regarding orders, products and deliveries
I monitor returns
You are responsible for processing the complaints
You support daily activities of the customer service department (creation of credit notes, returns and replacements)
You check the stock on a regular basis
You support the order processing team and the master data
You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
You have a fluent knowledge of English
You possess a customer-oriented approach and smooth problem-solving skills
You have administrative skills and you have previous work experience in customer service
You have a hands-on mentality
