Digital storage of all information received


Maintenance and updating of plans and documents with the latest revisions of projects in execution


Identification of the documentation according to the project, plant, area and other aspects that are required on time


Safekeeping and classification of documentation and/or information according to its condition


Job Requirements:


Professional title of Administration or Logistics


Work experience of at least 1 year of experience in document management, administration of technical files of construction projects


Knowledge in knowledge management system and/or Document Management


Knowledge in SharePoint and Excel
