Job Information:

1. Provide support to logistics operations and activities, applying standard processes and facilitating, directly or indirectly, the effective provision of food assistance to beneficiaries.

2. Help order and deliver products and supplies to associates and authorized destinations in a timely manner.

3. Provide support for the management of logistics activities related to the contracting of suppliers, including the monitoring and measurement of performance.

4. Respond to a variety of technical queries and support requests, applying standard processes and, if necessary, obtaining guidance, to ensure the timely and correct resolution of all queries with a strong orientation to the provision of high quality services. customer quality.

5. Contribute to the preparation, monitoring and review of the budget for all delivery modalities, ensuring adherence to relevant procedures and in accordance with institutional standards.

Job Details:

• Experience using corporate systems to track ongoing shipments, supply chain information, insurance claims, and food stocks.

• Experience in data analysis (on products, funds, etc.) and in writing reports.

• Experience in measuring the performance of service providers using established KPIs.
