Job Information:

Propose strategies for the implementation and development of products and services, through technical analysis of the market potential, aiming to meet the needs and promote the profitability of affiliated cooperatives;

Develop, together with the Regional Development Managers, the tactical plan for the product and service portfolios, following the strategic planning;

Analyze the performance of the development teams of the Affiliates and the commercial management model and, if necessary, propose training and technical development actions, aimed at optimizing performance;

Responsible for studies, training and funding and credit actions, strengthening the financial autonomy of Cooperatives and the sustainable development of Commercial and Rural credit portfolios;

Job Requirements:

Complete higher education in administration, economics, engineering or similar areas.

Experience in management, in-depth knowledge of banking products and services,

Monitor the results of products and services, analyzing reports, evaluating market potential, positioning of the competition, among other available indicators, generating alternatives for business development;

Provide support to the Affiliates in negotiations on more complex matters, working in partnership with the business specialists of the centralizing entities;
