Job Information:

• Answers all customer questions in a timely and efficient manner;
• Provides proper information to supervisors on any feedback from customers;
• Provides the highest standard of customer service;
• Attends trainings according to the employee development program;
• Complete knowledge of room categories, fees, packages and any other necessary information related to them;
• Transmits the culture and high standard of the hotel by promoting its services;
• Strictly enforces hotel rules on safety, fire and health according to legislation;
• Assists other departments as needed.

Job Requirements:
