Job Information:

Provide prompt response to email and telephone inquiries, including sales and order inquiries (i.e. product availability, delivery, etc.)

Proactively develop good relationships with Customers, especially with large accounts, by tracking and pursuing orders, etc.

Create, maintain and clean up customer master data in SAP, including special instructions and understanding ISO related responsibilities

Accurately process customer orders in SAP, highlighting special requirements

Arrange and optimize transportation with logistics/freight forwarders and liaise with customer as required (especially for export)

Job Requirements:

• Ensure invoices are verified for accuracy against each Customer order. Help resolve account or payment issues
• Expedite the processing of QIRs (Quality Improvement Request), customer complaints, product returns and associated credit, if applicable
• Create and manage customer files/contracts and all order processing guidelines for backup purposes
• Provide emergency assistance when needed
• Work actively as a good team member
